Had a first stage interview which was a 20 min video call before being offered a second interview. An offer for a second interview (in-person) came through relatively quickly which required me to produce a 15 min presentation on how I would implement an example of a technical solution followed by strength-based questions. I spent about 8 hours on the presentation alone and then heard absolutely nothing back from them. Really disappointing considering the time I spent preparing as well as as spending almost 2 hours each way travelling to and from their office.
