The worst interview process ever. They kept messing up the scheduling of the interviews so many times. I had to do the functional interview twice because the coordinator who is suppose to coordinate kept messing up. I received a email saying I will be moving to next rounds (from the coordinator) and then 30 mins later I get another email from the Head Recruiter to disregard the previous email because it was sent by mistake and I won't be moving forward. What kind of coordinator doesn't know how to coordinate? Serious question.

Applied online and recruiter replied a week later asking assessment type questions "to speed up the process" I replied within 24hrs. Recruiter replied the same day letting me know of next steps (call with recruiter and also technical interview) and to schedule through a meeting link. The first availability was a week later. I scheduled and followed up with clarifying questions. No reply to my questions and the recruiter cancelled the meeting an hour before it was to start. Days later I get the generic email that the position has been filled. Really unprofessional from the recruiter to lead a candidate on and cancel an hour before scheduled call with no follow up.
