I had an interview scheduled with a recruiter, the time for the interview came and went. I contacted the recruiter who stated they had no record of the interview even though I had an invite from them. The recruiter then proceeded to tell me how hard their job is and gave me about 2 minutes to explain why I was interested in Faction before telling me they were busy and would need a month before contacting me about the position. I thought this was particularly bizarre but reading other reviews about Faction it seems this may be more in line with the company culture.
