As a software tester, the interview process I went through started with a phone screening where they asked about my background and experience in testing. After that, I had a technical interview where I was asked to write test cases, identify bugs in a sample application, and discuss various testing methodologies. I also had to demonstrate my knowledge of automation tools. The final rounds involved a mix of behavioral questions and a peer interview to assess how well I could work within a team.

There was only 1 interview round, but I attended 2 interviews due to 2 BU required. However, HR addressed me as “Mr.” instead of “Miss” in the invitation email. HR also did not properly assess my English, only asking if I was good at English. The technical interview was conducted by a PM and a Test Engineer. They asked very detailed technical questions and required clear, specific answers. Another concern was that the job description mentioned a lunch allowance, but HR later confirmed there was no lunch allowance.
