Tedious interview process. I had 2 interviews. First with HR and last with project manager. There are three phases for the final interview. First phase: about yourself, resume, experience, school. Second phase: scenario project manager questions - how would you deal with delays, or mistakes. Third Phase: Theory questions about refrigeration, pumps, motors, systems, sensors, electrical and mechanical diagrams, They do not warn you about the theory phase, so review and prepare for this. Moreover, I was contacted soon after to create two types of emails (internal and external) for two scenarios which they gave me a week to write up. These questions are about project manager delays/manufacturing error scenarios.
