1. Theory based test 2. Recruiter screen call
My experience with the recruitment process was less than ideal due to communication challenges. I had to provide my availability for the test, which felt unnecessary, because it was a type of a test that can be completed at any time. Additionally, the recruiter attempted to contact me at unscheduled times a few days apart, despite my request to arrange the call in advance. Ultimately, after being told I would receive a decision regarding the next stage by the following day, I was ghosted.
The interview process was : HR interview -> online test -> 2h technical interview, after that I never got answer from HR if I pass or not. So was not that positive for me.

The HR contacted me by Linkedin. We had a phone interview in July (it lasted about 15 mins, general HR type questions, just filling in any blanks about my C.V)
The next stage was a skype technical interview. with basic interview questions (walk me through your projects, etc) and Core java principles and frameworks.
I finished the skype technical interview and I never got any feedback. I sent them an email but nobody answered me. One month later, a person from the HR contated me again by Linkedin (if I wanted to join them), and I tell him that I had already had a technical interview and I didn't get any feedbak and again, no answer.
