I got contacted by HR, there are three rounds of assessment. 1) phone interview: it is just a warm-up and background information check. 2) Online assessments: including long answer questions, a few simple math problems and one easy coding challenge. 3) virtual interview: it was supposed to be one behavioural interview and one technical interview. The technical interviewer is rude and corrected my pronunciation all the time but his pronunciation is not that clear as well, I always don't understand his prompt and he shows up to be not patient for it. The technical questions are not hard but it is just not "Normal", for example, what is the full definition of SQL? And then he asked me to implement methods to return the length of the string without using the built-in function, another type of not "Normal" coding challenge :) and he laughed at me that I had logical error, even though I explain my thought to him. finally, he asked me to write SQL, I couldn't even understand his prompt. And we are not allowed to search on google, that's indeed not friendly for a fresh graduate who has had not heavy hands-on experience. He didn't want to listen to my thought and asked me to write the compliable SQL out. He then said "that's enough, enough, you took too much time than usual interview, thank you" and then left. the worst experience ever.
