Quite long and awkward as it was an online group interview. A lot of idle waiting as others conducted their one-on-one interviews. Otherwise it was ok, recruiters were very helpful and friendly.

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.

3 or 4 rounds of interviews. Starts off with a phone, then a technical online test, An interview with the hiring manager, then another 2 interviews at the assessment centre (behavioural and technical),
