the interview contains behavioural question and technical test, quite easy, technical test more like a logical game, they will find out your potential instead of current ability. the behavioural question will ask your passion about IT.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
