After the initial application you get a call from a recruiters wanting to have a general discussion about the company and the roles. After having passed the first stage of the assessment process you get an email to complete a video interview. You should study up on the company, finding links between your competencies / experience and their company core strengths. Your recruiter then contacts you with helpful feedback regarding this interview. If you're successful you'll be invited to attend one of their assessment centers, where you'll complete 3 tests (maths, IT and verbal reasoning) and have 3 rounds of interviews. After that you'll be contacted by the same graduate recruiter that has been accompanying your application regarding whether or not you were successful, again they will also provide you with specific feedback.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
