the process took around 2 weeks. first they will call you to set up an phone interview. the phone interview last about 10 minutes, basic talking about what they do and the 2 years contract. then they tell you to go to an on site interview.

Entrevista
Phone interview followed by psychometric test + prerecorded interview. If successful then continue to Assessment Center where you interview with 3 more people. This takes around 1 hour and have an interview for technical skills, business skills and people skills.

Entrevista
Was a relatively straightforward process that consisted of five steps:
1) Initial phone screen by a recruiter. General questions about resume and background were asked.
2) Video interview in which you have a minute to record your response to a question. Questions were strength-based/behavioral in nature.
3) Two online assessments- one writing, one math/code based. The math/code assessment was fairly easy as long as you have some knowledge of coding. I don't know if the writing prompt stays the same each time but the prompt I had was "Write a couple of paragraphs about online banking."
4) Short technical interview in which they ask you basic questions related to your technical skills.
5) Short Skype interview with mostly behavioral questions.
