First was a phone interview.It was pretty simple and straight forward where they asked HR question to get to know you better. 2nd round of interview was assessment centre where there were 3 sets of question to do around 15 mins each on average and the questions were pretty simple even for the math question.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
