Phone interview. The manager called me after I applied the position. And they provide full training (paid,3 month)if you get the position. But the position is 2 year contract. If you quit or leave the position during the 2 years you need to pay up to $30,000 training fee back to the company.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
