Did a phone interview followed by a face-to-face with two employees. The interview itself was very straightforward and offered no surprises. However, there was no follow up or feedback from the company, which is just poor. Fair enough that companies don't have time to reply to all applicants, but if someone invests time to do two rounds of interviews it's not too much to ask to get something back.
