Long interview process and requirements are too high for the compensation offered. Communication gaps between description provided by hiring agency that reached out vs. what the organization wanted.
Hiring agency was more interested in changing my resume to suit the role and looked at the deals I had closed for my current organization whereas the interview process was more focussed on technical skills and to understand why I was not choosing rival companies over F5.
What I did not understand was why the organization had reached out to me in the first place if my skills did not fit the role.
