There are total of 3 rounds of interview - 1 round of phone interview with HR (initial screening) and 2 rounds of face-to-face interviews with section supervisors, followed by manager level. Overall was a pleasant experience.

Started with behavioral questions, followed by technical questions (heat transfer/integration, fluid behavior etc.)
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
