It was a good interview with technical and behavioral. They asked about the markets, behavioral, and technical. It was held at their campus in Texas. After the interview they took me on a tour of the campus. It is a big campus with about 16 buildings.

Very comprehensive and simple. They asked work related question and the duration for interview is around 30-60 minutes. During interview, there are 3 panels which are section manager, supervisor, and senior employee.

Why do you apply this position? What is your motivation?
I had an interview with the hiring manager where we talked more about my experience and how it lined up with what they were looking for. They asked a few behavioral questions and gave me some scenarios to see how I’d handle them. There was a technical one too, which wasn’t too bad, and the whole process took a couple of weeks. In the end, they gave me feedback and let me know their decision. It wasn’t too nerve-wracking, just felt like a good conversation to see if we were a good fit for each other.
