Typical behavioral questions and some additional inquiries about the experiences listed in my resume. The interviewer seemed very interested in my previous research experiences, however, when the interview was finished he said to me that although I have vast technical experience, that I should find another Company that could give me my first Industry experience and then return to talk to them (ExxonMobil) again.

Describe a situation in which I had to work with a difficult person and how did I handle it.
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
