The interview was 2 stages. 1st stage was a skype interview that lasted around 1.5 hours for me, and 2nd stage was in the HQ in Calgary. I was flown in after they let me know I was selected for 2nd round. The interview experience was great as each of the interviewees were paired with a new hire / employee from the program. We got to socialize, get to know each other and then had two 1.5 hr interviews back to back (one HR, one with manager). Overall it was a great interview experience as the people there were extremely friendly and willing to share with you their experiences!
