Applied through campus career site and was selected for an on-campus interview. Interview was one hour of mostly behavioral questions. It was fairly laid back. The next round involves flying to Houston for a series of on-site interviews.

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.

Questions asked were more on interest and fit, rather than technical expertise as it was just an internship interview.
