Eerst screening van CV en motivatiebrief. Daarna volgen 2 gesprekken, telkens met 2 ingenieurs of managers. Er wordt gepeild naar je motivatie voor het bedrijf, en waarom je ingenieur geworden bent. Daarna volgen de standaard vragen: 3 positieve/negatieve ervaringen. Hoe ga je om met conflict? Wanneer ben je creatief geweest?

Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.

Exercise was organized by dragnet. Registration process started at stated time. It Progressed till the identity and bio-data verification point. We had brief time to relax and wait for the batches ahead to conclude, before mine. Was seamless and well proctored.
