De sollicitatieprocedure bij ExxonMobil was vrij standaard. Ik heb online gesolliciteerd door mijn CV en motivatiebrief in te dienen. Daarna volgde de gebruikelijke communicatie via e-mail met betrekking tot de vervolgstappen

Most of the questions were behavioral, focusing on past experiences and how I handle different situations. In addition, there were two technical case study questions related to troubleshooting, designed to assess critical thinking and understand my approach to problem solving
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
