Disastrous Experience with Extentia IT: A Wasted Effort I recently had the unfortunate experience of applying for a position at Extentia IT, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. In fact, I wish I could give them zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. To begin with, the application process was unnecessarily cumbersome and time-consuming. After submitting my resume and cover letter, I was made to jump through countless hoops, including a series of online assessments, which felt like a complete waste of time considering I have years of relevant experience. But the real ordeal began when I was invited for not one, not two, but FIVE interviews with Extentia IT. Yes, five! It's almost as if they were determined to test my patience and resilience. Each interview was more repetitive and grueling than the last, with multiple rounds of technical questions and behavioral assessments. After enduring this rigorous and lengthy interview process, I was assured that I was a strong candidate and that I would receive an offer letter soon. However, as weeks turned into months, I heard nothing from Extentia IT. I followed up repeatedly, only to receive vague and evasive responses from their HR department. It's one thing to reject a candidate, but it's another level of unprofessionalism to put them through such an extensive and exhausting interview process and then ghost them completely. This behavior is not only disrespectful but also a blatant waste of candidates' time and energy. I cannot emphasize enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with Extentia IT. Their lack of communication and disregard for candidates' efforts are indicative of a company that does not value its potential employees. I would strongly advise anyone considering a job at Extentia IT to think twice and explore other options where their time and talents will be appreciated, because this company certainly doesn't deserve them.
