Worst interview process, they have taken written test after qualifying that round they ask to come office for face to face interview there again they have taken written test and after that next round was face to face technical interview in which mostly questions asked related to SQL. After qualifying that round they asked to come next day for interaction with Director but after sending lots of email they have given time for final round which was on 06.08.2019. I have given interview to director then their HR team said to me , you have done well and we will provide offer letter but from that day till now they didn't informed and I think Excers does same thing with most of the candidates. They just waste your time. They have completed all rounds of interview and never send me offer letter this shows how they kill your precious time. Except this I haven't saw any other company doing so.

the top 15 members in aptitude test were directly sent for technical round and rest rest who clear the first round were sent to GD round.
The technical round was more based on javascript , sql ,html and logical and reasoning.

Entrevista
Excers visited our campus in june 2017.That was a pool drive and around 350 people appeared for the recruitement process. Around 30 people from excers team came to college. The following is the selection procedure.
1.Written Test
2.Group Discussion
3.Technical Interview
4.Technical Interview
5.HR interview(with CEO)
Each interview was about 50 minutes to 1hour. Out of 350 people I was the one who got selected. They just declared the result and they did not show up again. Many times, I contacted the HR of the company but there was no proper response. I was really disappointed with these way as around 30 people came to select only one and they did not give joining to that one person. I really dont understand how people are working there where the management of the company has no responsibility.
So, dear friends please dont put your hope on this company untill and unless you get the joining.. beacuse,i have waited for the joining for more than 7 months and lost all my hopes as they are not even responding to my mails.
