Applied via an agent. First interview went very well - they came back within a couple of hours on a Friday afternoon to say they would like to arrange a second interview. Second interview also went well. The feedback to the agent was that they were keen to make an offer but couldn't do so immediately as one of the approvers was away. And then deep silence.
