It was first the initial callback, then phone interview, and in-face interview. The initial call back was a review with the resume and my skills, and standard legal questions like visa status and where do I live. The phone interview was a skills review and questioning around Linux commands and situations. Finally, in the in-face interview, I was surprised that it was a formality as the face to face interview was basically for me to question about what the company is, what the company does, and what benefits they provide. If you get the face to face interview, you're going to get an offer letter.
