I had a 30-minute initial screening with an HR representative. The HR reached out via email to schedule the interview, and the overall process was professional and well organized. During the call, we briefly discussed my background and experience. After the interview, I was asked to complete a workplace behavior evaluation as the next step in the hiring process.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and well organized.
First, I had an initial conversation with a recruiter. After that, she sent me a link to complete the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT).
Once the assessment was completed, another recruiter scheduled a meeting with the CTO. The questions were straightforward and fair.
I spoke with two recruiters during the process, and both were very kind and professional. There was no ghosting at any point, and communication was always clear and timely.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the transparency and respect throughout the process.
