Applied online, but had connection who passed my resume to a recruiter. Quick phone screen the next day, then waited over one month to schedule in-person interview. Waited over one month again to hear back. Final round consisted of Director, VP, and mid-level colleague. All questions were behavioral. Overall, poor follow up skills from hiring manager. I got the sense that the department was very disorganized, and work environment did not seem friendly.
