few peoples were there.they saw my resume.i had earlier experience so they said that we don't need your theoretical knowledge.they took me to msc and asked a few questions on instrument which i answered easily.we came back to office where we discussed salary and they gave me a joining date.
The hiring process begins with a Human Resources phone interview that includes position-specific questions. This is followed by two separate managerial interviews focusing on general and technical topics. These interviews also assess behavioral competencies such as teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Two step interview process, First round is Behavioural , where you record answers for pre-prepared questions 2. Technical discussion, where you discuss ask/answer questions from hiring manager and maybe tech leads
