Entrevista
I applied online, within a few days I received an email requesting a phone interview and asking me to schedule a time to take some online assessments. The interview was with a current technical problem solver. He was very friendly and asked questions about my resume. He then went on to ask questions such as how I would handle conflict within a group project and leadership roles. He asked general questions as well such as whether or not I would be willing to relocate, if I was authorized to work in the US, etc. After that he proceeded to tell me more about Epic and the position itself, what my duties and responsibilities would be, and so forth.

I applied online for the role because it fit my background. I hadn't had interactions at a career fair or other reference - just online. I was notified later the same day that I was to be interviewed for the position, and I was asked to complete a short survey on when I was available. The phone interview happened a few days later and the interviewer was very polite and friendly. She asked a lot of questions directly pertaining to my fit for the specific role, not so much trying to gauge behavior/competency as a whole. The online personality and aptitude tests took care of that. If you've never used ProctorU for an exam before please take the time to read up on it because it's a fairly strict process. The testing took about 2.5 hours total to complete and was mostly required to be done in one sitting.

I applied online and quickly received an email to set up a phone interview and schedule a personality and proctored skills assessment. The personality test involved basic logic and algebra question, while the skills assessments involved two parts: one taught you a simple programming language and asked questions about it and the other was a basic GRE/SAT format test.
