      Entrevista

      Started with a quick 20 minute HR interview where they outlined the interview process. Second interview was supposed to be with an art lead, however it went straight to an animation test. Completed the test over a few days. Received a one line rejection e-mail a few days later - no feedback was given. Sour experience overall because of that - I'd suggest talking with a decision maker (not HR) before spending your time doing the animation test. Overall communication was slow, this took place over 3 weeks.

Technical/In-person Interviews: Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete one or more interviews, which may include technical assessments, skills tests, or in-person interviews with members of the team you would be joining. These interviews are used to assess your skills, experience, and fit for the role and the company culture. Final Interview: If you make it to the final round, you may have additional interviews with senior leaders or executives to assess your fit for the organization at a higher level. Offer: If you successfully complete the interview process and are selected as the top candidate, you will receive a job offer. This offer will include details about the position, salary, benefits, and other relevant information. Negotiation and Acceptance: Once you receive an offer, you may have the opportunity to negotiate the terms of the offer before accepting it. Once you accept the offer, you will typically go through an onboarding process before officially starting your new role.
