Interviewed with 13 different people, 12 men, 1 woman, in groups of 2. No technical questions, but was a very long day. No one seemed to know the area of discipline very well so no specific questions were asked.

3 rounds of Zoom interviews. First with Recruiter, then Direct Report / Manager, and finally a Panel of peers I would be interacting most closely with from various functions in the company.

The interview process was a decent process consisting of a multitude of detailed questions regarding my position at the company and my duties as a software engineer at Epic Games.

Test / HR call / Panel interview * 4 There was a delay in moving forward to the next step. When I almost gave up this one and found another opportinity, they suddenly contacted and told me that it's time to move on. I still remember vividly one interview that the interviewer didn't show up at the meeting. At ths point, At ths point, I got a strong feeling that they did not fully manage the hiring process. Anyway, the other people at Epic Games I met with were nice and friendly and had passion about their work. If I knew that the hiring process took such a long time without clear timeframe from the beginning, I would not apply for the role. And two many steps in the hiring process are excessive and frustrating. It's waste of time for everyone.

Went for a technical test before any discussion about a role had even happened Said the technical test was well received, scheduled an interview, then cancelled a week later saying the test was not good enough after all, without providing any other insights or further discussions

Very friendly during my first interview. The interviewer first asks questions based on your resume and explains the work and the team. Since my interviewer was HR, I couldn't ask questions about something related to game design but overall, extremely positive experience.

Initially applied via Linked In, was contacted by recruiter based in the US, set up an interview then 6 interviews thereafter where I had to reschedule my diary commitments to meet their dates/times. Then they ghosted me for 7 days and I reached out to the recruiter 3 times before she advised me I was unsuccessful. Why they made me go through so many interviews back to back each day when it should have stopped? Total waste of my time and no respect for advising me of the outcome. No respect !!

I talked to a recruiter, then someone who seemed to vet the rest of the process, then a battery of 3-4 interviews from other people on or adjacent to the team I'd be joining.

First interview with their Recruiter, relative standard first round questions, followed with an in my opinion decent practical take home C++ test. After positive feedback on test and CV , followed a talk with the Lead / Hiring Manager. The position itself and required skills described from their Recruiter was totally different than what was expected from their Hiring manger, at the end was wondering if anyone even read my CV. Overall still positive, after talking to the Lead / Hiring Manager, would have loved to work with this team, maybe next time.

Web and Data Structure and Algorithms OA after applying about a couple weeks. If successful, followed by panel interview with engineers discussing resume and skills. Overall process took <2 months.
