It first started with a phone interview that was fairly easy going and nothing major. They just want to get to know you and want to know what you are going to be doing in the next few years or so. Afterwards, they will ask you to take a skills test, which is basically this online proctored test that doesn't really require any studying, but I would suggest perhaps getting some rest before you take it so that you can be as sharp as possible. A lot of it is some logic based questions and they also teach you how to read their programming language. After that, I was invited to go to Wisconsin to interview but haven't yet gone.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
