Entrevista
I had a phone call with a Technical Services member. It was very relaxed. He didn't ask as many questions as I expected. He gave me a bit of an overview about the position and the company and answers any questions that I had at the end. About an hour afterwards, I received an email inviting me to register for some proctored online examinations, as well as a personality type test. There were 3 tests. The first developed an imaginary coding language and asked questions based on it. Some things that came up on the test included logic, inequalities, and null statements, I believe 50 minutes was given for this exam. The second test lasted 5 minutes. It provided five statements then posed 5 true, false, or not enough information questions based on the statements. There were 6 of these on the test. I did not understand from reading the instructions that the test only lasted 5 minutes and did not allocate my time well, therefore I did not answer a few questions. The last test asked SAT reading comprehension questions, some of which also tested basic math skills. After I finished the exams, I received an email saying that it may take a few weeks to respond. After a week, I am still waiting. The third portion of the process is a trip out to Madison to tour the facility, an interview with HR and possibly more tests.
Phone interview with someone in the role followed by aptitude based exam. After scoring sufficiently on aptitude exam, more recruiter interviews and on-site visit.
The recruiter/phone interviews were fairly standard and aptitude exam is something you have to just go in blind to
