Entrevista
I applied for the Project Manager position because a recruiter informed me about this opening on Handshake. The phone interview was pretty simple. I spoke to someone from the Project Management team. The questions were pretty straightforward. Additionally, I was provided more insight as to what were the expectations for the position. The person liked me and thought I was a great fit. It wasn’t until I have taken the assessments required, and HR/Recruitment Team decided to decline my application. How disappointing.

What do you see yourself doing in the next five years? Would you be able to relocate to Wisconsin for work? How much would you be willing to travel?
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
