Epic allows you to apply online and will sort through your information to match you with a job that will be the best fit for you. First round is a quick and brief phone interview where they ask a little bit about you and you can ask them about epic. Second round as a computer assessment. Third round is on site interview.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
