The interview process was very involved, more so than any other company I applied for. First was a phone interview, followed by a personality test with some simple math questions. Afterwords, I was invited for an on-site interview and assessment. It was nice to see Madison and I was made comfortable and well-fed, so in a way, it felt like a mini-vacation as I got to a small tour of the area. At the on-site tour, after given a preview of the environment, benefits, and product, I was given a series of assessment tests, mostly in logic, basic algebra, and because of the position I was applying for, a sort of programming test, as well as the interview before flying home. It had a weird mix of taking a standardized test and being in a liberal arts college.
