The interview process was average. They asked about my academic background; as well as, experience. Why I chose my major, and why I decided to study at the school that I went to. Then the recruiter started talking about what Epic has to offer. Finally, we ended talking about the position and any questions that I had

Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.

Standard phone screens, then an in person visit consisting of several interviews, a group problem solving activity, and a presentation. The visit also consisted of a campus tour and a chance to get to know other candidates/talk casually to current employees

The process began with an initial phone screening, followed by an online personality test and skills assessment. They then invite you to their campus for an in-person interview. While on their campus, you meet current employees, tour their campus, take a couple of written assessments, and interview with an HR rep.
