Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Epic en ene 2019
Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter through Handshake. I applied and almost immediately got an email to set up a phone interview. I waaaay over-prepared for this portion. The questions were incredibly basic ("Why your school? Why your major? Why Epic? etc"). The phone interview was pretty awkward as the interviewer is not an HR rep but a person in the position. Called late and spent several minutes talking about the weather where I'm from.
They got to me pretty quickly about setting up the IQ test and Rembrandt test. Rembrandt was whatever but the IQ test sucked. If you, like me, haven't taken a math class since high school (and weren't that good at math anyway) you are screeeewwwwed. The panic of wanting to good in the interview wasn't helpful either. Also, the programming part was insanely weird.
They were quick to get back to me with the decision.

3 rounds - with final round being multi part. You take an exam and a personality test and do a final interview, and presentation. The presentation could be over any topic.

Apply online. Sign up via emailed link for a 15m phone intro, and sign up for a round of 5 assessments that you have to take in one sitting (budget 2-3hrs). Then do the Rembrandt Profile Assessment (you don't get your results as they're PI) and that's about 40min.
On the call you learn about Epic and the role, they make sure you're still interested, get your questions answered by a current PM on the team who's interviewing you, then get told your recruiter will reach out and you'll either move on, or move "on" kind of vibe.
The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.
