Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Epic (Madison, WI) en dic 2012
Entrevista
After submitting my application, I was called to arrange a telephone interview. This was mostly standard questions about my background and interest in Epic. I also took a personality test beforehand.
After the telephone interview, I had to schedule a test at a local testing center. I took a programming test, half with questions about a made-up language with specific rules, and half writing solutions to problems in any language (including pseudocode). Note that I said during my phone interview I was willing to take a programming test, it wasn't required.
A couple weeks later I was called and asked to come to Epic for an in-person interview. They flew me to Madison for the day and put me up in a very nice hotel. The visit took up pretty much the entire day. There was an interview with someone from the role I was applying for (mostly case studies) and another with a recruiter from human resources (standard HR-type stuff). I also took another SAT-like test with math and verbal components. The rest of the day was a tour of the Verona campus to see all the neat buildings, lunch in the cafeteria, and a presentation about Epic's software.
A couple of weeks after my visit I got a call from the HR recruiter I interviewed with offering me a position.

Phone interview with someone in the role followed by aptitude based exam. After scoring sufficiently on aptitude exam, more recruiter interviews and on-site visit.
The recruiter/phone interviews were fairly standard and aptitude exam is something you have to just go in blind to
