Entrevista
Through OCR, you will first go through a phone interview where they will ask about your experience in projects (especially team projects). If you pass that screen, you will be invited to Madison for an on-site interview. Before leaving for that interview, you will have to take a personality test online. The on-site interviewing is a lengthy process where you have to take multiple written tests in Math and programming. You also will have an individual interview with a software developer to discuss a major project that you have completed.

Very long, a four hour interview with most of it going over things you can find online and a very bloated dive into the software itself, with the interview sections being unnecessary long
1. Rembrandt Portrait Profile Assessment -> 2. Skills Assessment: a 2-mintue math section, a logic section, a technical section, and a programming section (4 easy-medium LC questions). Got rejected a week later.
