The interview process is relatively simple. I first was contacted by a recruiter, who then set up a phone call for me. It lasted about 20 minutes, and asked basic questions about myself. They then had a 2 hour critical thinking exam set up. It wasn't too bad just make sure to watch the time limit. After that they called about a week later to set up an onsite interview in Madison, Wisconsin. It was a beautiful campus.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
