First, I was invited to a Phone screening interview with the current technical service problem solver at Epic and we talked for about 30 mins regarding my qualification, personality, and the company atmosphere, and Madison, WI in general. After passing the phone screening, I had to take the skills assessment test if I was able to remember and follow the logic questions on computer. It also tested how fast I was able to complete the a job/ instruction. It tested my flexible thinking skills as well. After passing the skills assessment test, I was invited to the onsite interview, which I haven't done yet.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
