I was contacted by one of their recruiting team members and was able to setup a phone screen in 1-2 days. I spoke / met with several different people in the department to learn about the job role and discuss my relevant career experience. Once I accepted an offer, there were additional screenings to complete, and I started my first day within a few weeks of accepting the offer.
