The interview was scheduled in a week. It was a very pleasant experience, the interviewer was very nice and the questions were easy. It is probably important for the applicants to know that they really don't have to be advanced in English, it is enough to be good in conversation. The most complicated part is demo lesson you have after you pass the interview.

The interview was relatively short, lasting only about 5-10 minutes. It began with standard questions, such as "Tell me about yourself," where I had the opportunity to highlight my relevant experience in teaching. Additionally, I was asked to conduct a teaching demonstration during the interview. The interviewers took on the role of students, and I was expected to follow their preferred teaching methodology and structure. It was an interactive session where I showcased my teaching skills and adapted to their simulated classroom environment.

Entrevista
It was fun and the interviewer was very responsive. I can feel that this is the company for me because of the way they receive their applicants. Also very responsive to emails and inquiries.

Entrevista
Initially it was a zoom meeting that explained how to conduct a lesson and later I had to take two demo lessons. The only problem was that it took about four hours and most of it was waiting. It was a little bit of a waste of time but I understand they might have had other candidates.
