A couple of interviews and a skills assessment. The skills test was centered around Excel. It was a 15 minute assessment. It was quite uncomfortable as the individual watched as you fumbled through formulas. (Admittedly, I did not do well at all.) The COO was a fast talker. Some personality did show through the cracks during my talk with him, which I could appreciate. I enjoyed my conversation with him. He seemed like he could be an excellent leader and mentor. Those who would've been my peers appeared to be a bit arrogant, almost confrontational, particularly the lead. Did not leave the interview feeling all that great. The entire process felt combative, accusatory, and demeaning.
