This assessment had a few IQ tests, and then a knowledge-based test around the role. - I scheduled an interview with the recruiter for the position; ~30 minutes - I was moved to and scheduled a final interview with the team lead and an executive; ~1 hr I enjoyed this process and see the value behind gathering information on the persons intelligence and knowledge.
