My interview process included two rounds of evaluation by Sr. Manager and VP followed by 1 round of discussion with the CTO. Besides that the recruitment team's support through out the process was a class apart with this company. The way they make you feel comfortable and give you a real feel that they want you to win gave me a great confidence in the company's employee friendly approach. Got a chance to participate in the quarterly Allhands meeting even before my joining date and it also boosted my confidence level.
