Tell me about yourself.
Why support? Internal vs. external customers?
Handling challenges, angry customers, or tight deadlines.
Exposure to distributed systems (e.g., Elasticsearch, SQL clusters).
Experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana.
Why join Elastic?
1. Disk I/O Troubleshooting (iostat):
Analyze two machine outputs to identify performance issues.
Understand iostat metrics and how they affect VMs/apps.
2. Networking Debugging:
Two VMs with data transfer issue despite telnet success.
Debug with network tools, check firewall, OS settings, and logs.
Debug across web server, application, and database layers.
Java/web tech experience preferred.
4. General Tech Questions:
Favorite/challenging issues to troubleshoot.
Experience with Java, APIs, multi-tier debugging.

Had 3 rounds of interview. All of them were good in my opinion, however, they ghosted after the 3rd interview which was done with 2 members of the Technical Support Team. I never received a feedback on the status of the application, so far, no approved or rejected email.
