The first recruiter screen was great. Recruiter was very knowledgeable about the company. Was then asked to proceed with the hiring manager interview/onsite. Was told by the hiring manager that I would hear back on next steps within a week. After a week with no word, reached out to the recruiter with no response, reached out again a week later and was told the hiring manager went on vacation. A month after doing the onsite, I received a general email stating the role was filled. The way a company treats final candidates is indicative of the communication and process within.
